Reena L: 1. Log into the control panel with your account username and password.
Reena L: 2. Click on ‘MySQL Database’ under ‘Website’.
Reena L: 3. Click on the database name under the ‘Manage Databases’ section.
Reena L: 4. Click on ‘Manage Backups’.
Reena L: 5. Click ‘+’ icon next to the database name.
Reena L: 6. Select tables to download.
Reena L: 7. Click on the ‘Select’ button.
A*: there is no + next to database name
Reena L: Just click Databases
Reena L: It will open database users , you can download backup.
A*: it doesn’t have backup for the db I am looking for, it somehow not scheduled
A*: set
Reena L: Let me know the database user name you are looking for ?
